Hi, I’m Ana.

Thank you for being here.

I am a Jersey City-based yoga instructor who completed a 200-hour teacher training developed by a physical therapist. I pride myself in creating relaxing, energizing experiences for my clients in a safe, welcoming space, whether in-person or online. I specialize in introducing beginners to yoga, as well as helping practitioners of all abilities build strength through dynamic movement, while incorporating moments of stillness.
